The quickest and easiest way to manage your account, make a payment or book a repair, is via the myhomeonline service.
This service is available 24/7 and offers a same day response (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) for any request sent before 4pm or the next day after 4pm.
You can access this using this link or via the 'myhomeonline' button above the main menu of this website (in the top right corner).

Our Customer Services Centre
Our Customer Services Team colleagues are trained to deal with all queries from residents relating to their home and community.
We provide information and signpost you to further support for everything from basic housing to rent arrears' advice, updates on repairs and problems with new properties to setting up direct debits and connecting you with other departments.

Text us on 07860 024523 to access information and support. Just text the word ‘Bal’ or ‘Balance’ and your account balance will be automatically sent back to you straight away. Or text the word ‘Callback’ and a member of our Customer Services Team will ring you back.
When a repair has been completed, we'll send you a text asking for feedback on your satisfaction with the service. You may also receive a text after calling our Customer Services Team, as we use this to survey customer satisfaction with our colleagues. If however, you no longer wish to receive text surveys, the text will include information on how to opt out.
